Hey, relationship between EMPLOYEE and JOB table is ManyToOne.

Each Employee can have a maximum of only one JOB_CODE, but a particular JOB_CODE can be the JOB_CODE of many Employees, thus making EMPLOYEE as Many the side, and JOB being the One side.
