a paper can have more 1 writer,
Library member can borrow more than one paper,
Library member can have more than 1 phone number,
Library member can find a list of paper that they want to read,
People that not member can find a list of paper that they want to read (read-only) ,
People that not member can't borrow the paper,
People want to register as a member need to sign up by staff
a paper has 1 unique id

The system has a login for validation staff / member / not-member,
the staff can insert new paper to the system
the staff can edit information of the paper,
the staff can delete the paper,
the staff can find the paper,
the staff can view data of all list paper,

the staff can register new staff,
the staff can update data of staff,
the staff can delete data of staff,
the staff can find staff data,
the staff can view staff data,

the staff can register new member,
the staff can update data of member,
the staff can delete data of member,
the staff can find member data,
the staff can view member data.
