Number of moles of sodium = 29.9g / 22.9897 g/mol = 1.30 mol

1 mole of sodium contains 6.023*10^23 atoms so

1.30 mole of sodium will contain

= 1.30 mole of sodium *(6.023*10^23 atoms / 1 mole of sodium)

= 7.83 * 10^23 atoms

Therefore, 29.9 grams of sodium will contain 7.83 * 10^23 atoms
