The following five provisions ( Clause 1 to 5) will be most important aspect of corporate constitution:
Clause: 1) Happy Coffee shop will be promote equality to all of its business transactions.
Clause: 2) We at Happy Coffe shop believe in ethics, integrity, humanity and common good to each of our stakeholders.
Clause:3) Employees should be given secular status and societal values will be preserved.
Clause:4) We shall promote learning, wisdom and career progression of our employees. Other business organizations will be collaborating with us for this effort.
Clause: 5) Our board of directors will have any supreme power and decision making authorities. All the employees, stakeholders etc. will be given freedom to suggest innovative ideas to the business and its appropriate authority.
These five clauses will be treated as our corporate constitution and all other decisions will be based on such fundamental principles of our company.
