Ans- False.
Career planning is something which we plan to pursue our dream career and for this we set up our goals and ways to achieve it. we do everything like the basic education or some experience or may be some additional skills which will be required to pursue that career which we have chosen. Therefore Career planning is not a general course that a person chooses, in fact it is the plan which we make for our future and which gives us career goals and helps us in preparing ourselves for our career as during the process of career planning we find out at what we are interested in, what skills do we have, what are our abilities and so on and by thinking on all these factors we determine our career path and work accordingly.
