Since the color doesn't change, hence no reaction occurs. This means that B cannot oxidize C- or C is a stronger oxidizing agent.

None is oxidized, none is reduced.

When B is mixed with A- then solution color changes from red to green which is color of A. That is B oxidises A, hence B is a stronger oxidizing agent than B.

A is oxidized, B- is reduced.

Is B a better oxidizing agent than C ? NO

Is B a better oxidizing agent than A ? YES

(Weakest oxidizing agent) A< B< C (strongest oxiding agent)
