If expropriation is equal to 360 in year 5, NPV = 53.38 which can be calculated as shown below:

NPV = - 790 + 100 / 1.17 + 120 / 1.17^2 + ... - 360 / 1.17^5 = 53.38

Now, we need to find the expropriation in year 5 such that NPV = 0

If expropriation in year 5 = 360 + 53.38 x 1.17^5 = 477.04, then NPV = 0.
