Power is given by Energy/Time

When car accelerates,it increases its kinetic energy . so ,energy is only due to Kinetic energy .

Avg Power= (Final Kinetic energy-Initial Kinetic energy)/Time

Initial K.E=0 (since ,initial velocity is 0m/s)

Final K.E= mv​​​​​2/2= 1200×30×30/2=540000J

Hence,Average Power= 540000/Time taken =540000J/11s=49,090.9091Watt

Average Power (in KW)=49.09 KW
