North Pole is moving towards the solenoid, so magnetic field due to manget is towards left. So as it is moving closer to solenoid, flux linked with the solenoid increase and it will induce a current in the circuit which will oppose the increase in flux, so current through bulb would be increasing in time, it won't be constant. Also if instead of north pole, south pole was moving towards solenoid, current would be induced in reverse direction. And if magnet was held stationary inside solenoid, there will be no flux change through solenoid as hence no current would be induced in the circuit and light bulb won't glow.
