When the lightening stikes there is a huge amount of charge.

The relationship between current charge and time is given by

I=Q/t

Where

I=current

Q= Charge

t= time.

Putting the values we get

Q= I*t = 30*10^{3} *2000 *10^{-6}= 60 Columbs ​​​​​​

Hence there would be 60 C charge produced in that perticular time.
