The covid 19 pandemic is leaving its footprint on the political systems of many countries.it is affecting the legislative activities death and isolation of many politicians.elections are also getting rescheduled due to the terror of spreading of the virus.this pandemic flowed the health care urgency and hardships of economic ways.it is a test for political measure and federalism.In the ancient time the plague in Athens was an epidemic which created a devastating state of Athens.the plague seriously affected the society of Athens due to lack of following of laws and various religious beliefs.to this response the laws were imposed more strictly and also the residents who were not the citizens of Athens but claimed to be,so were punished.the leader also died from this plague.thucydides felt democracy in Athens must be considered by the monarchy.as per Thucydides humans are wild in nature and also uncontrollable and needs to be trained.
Spanish flu killed ultimately 50million people.in 1918 Spanish flu resulted in not voting of thousands of people.in this era covid19 pandemic will be leaving a significant effect on US elections.due to upgradation of technology and internet several measures are suggested so that voting could be done by mail.spanish flu gripped almost a third population of the world.the then local government undertook changes and decisions were framed on how voting to be done which would guide US election this year.
