I believe that yes Amazon have a good market standing and corporate image in the market because of its sustainable and customer related operations. Amazon's vision statement talks about being the earth's most customer centric company and for that all the ethical and sustainable activities in all regard are followed to create a good brand image and loyalty by the customers towards the company. Talking about the global operations, Amazon has always led ethical standards to be its prime concern over its supply chain activities, customer satisfaction, employee involvement and development and overall growth of the company. By making sure the suppliers getting the right amount of profit in association with the company and customers are always able to track their package from anywhere, a system of ethical network and social connection has made Amazon to also stand these crises time of covid-19 and still work for customers, delivering thr value and standards from every now and then.
