Can you give mini project ideas regarding "conversion of waste materials to useful products " which is related to chemical engineering
The following projects that i have known regarding conversion of waste materials to useful products.
1. Algae is a waste biomas. We can take algae and dry it as much as possible. After that we can take PLA polymer and mix both of them in a certain proportion and extrude it in an extruder. After which, take the extruded material and use it to print in a 3D Printer of what shape we want. Thus, we converted a waste material to an useful product.
2. The steam that is produced away in an industry is a waste material. But, we can store up this steam and use it to heat up other material or else we can condense it to use in different places in the industry.
