According to the Kantian ethics no false information should be used to impress the customers. It is punishable. In this respect it is clear that no product can be completely natural and organic. Besides, most of the companies use these terms to impress the customers.

On the other hand, according to the utilitarianism theory, if the consequence is good, then there is no problem and no violation of the moral codes. In this respect, if the product is more useful and the product does not have side effects, then there is no problem in advertisement.
