steps:-
copy the data in minitab and name the column x stat basic statistics 1-sample T select one or more samples, each in a column from the drop down menu in the blank box below select x tick perform hypothesized test in hypothesized mean type 65options in confidence level type 95 select alternative hypothesis as mean > hypothesized mean okok..

a).the point estimate for the proportion mean tax is :-
[ as we know that sample mean is the best point estimate of population mean ]
b).one can be 95% confident that the mean travel tax for all cities is between $ 73.82 and $ 93.14(B)
[ the confidence interval is : (73.82 , 93.14) ]
c).the researcher could increase the level of confidence (D)
[ as we know that, when confidence level increases, we can be more confident ]
