V = 5500\left [ (1.08^{35}-10.66^{35})/0.02 \right ]\left [ (1.08^{35}-10.66^{35})/0.02 \right ]

First solve the bracket part and then multiply the bracket part with the remaining part.

V = 5500\left [ 14.78534-7.68609/0.02 \right ]

V = 5500\left [ 7.09926/0.02 \right ]

V = 5500\left [ 3540963 \right ]

V = 1952296.5

i.e \: V = 1952296

The equation is also solved diretly by using scientific calculator which is given in the attached file,please go through that.Hope this helps.
