5. 5 reasons why the organisational publications are important are as below:

1. It helps you to position as an industry leader or an expert. The more often you would you would author the papers, articles or the books, the more credibility you would hood. Other companies and people would look at you ad the competent resource for addressing the industry challenges, provide market insights and also for solving problems. Even getting published in a well known media outlets would help your organisation to be universally recognjsed as a seal of approval or an endorsement.

2. It helps in creating competitive advantage. The more often you are beinh published in journals and magzines, the less would be chances of others to share that position. Therefore, this increase in the frequency of getting published can help to represent a key corporate strategy and also helps to differentiate yourself from other members of the market and competitors.

3. Supports corporate motivation: When you share your published articles internally, it would make the employees and people working in to feel proud that they are a part of this esteemed and respected organisation. It also helps the employees to better understand the market, the employees, the industry and other important areas.
