SCFH or standard cubic feet per hour is the flow rate per hour in cubic feet at 70oF and 1 atm.

So, we can calculate the flow rate in ft3/hr by using the gas equation as:

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

Here, V1 = 9372 ft3/h, P1 = 1 atm, T1 = 70oF

P2 = 4.32 atm, T2 = 109oF

So, V2 = (P1V1/T1)*(T2/P2) = 9372*1*109/(4.32*70) = 3378.13 ft3/h
