3. Generally, After completion of the degree of any student, They directly recruited into the companies thorough some basic procedures. Initially, they may feel well and the challenge of work, But as the days going on the company will put a lot of pressure on the employers, The employers will do more work even though they receive a small quantity of salary If a company does not purchase Employers' liability Insurence when it buys workers compensation and If the employers do not like the work in that company they should not leave the job because of agreement or bond. That is why the employers' liability acts unsatisfactory.

Employers' liability insurance protects the employer if a worker is not complete the work by workers' compensation. Employers' liability Act 1969 is compulsory insurance that ensures that the employes will have a minimum level of insurance covers against, employers' injuries and illness whether they are caused on or off-site

5. The worker's compensation system is a no-fault system, Most state rule out coverages for injuries due to misconduct like Drinking Alcohol, Addicting to drugs, horseplay, etc. So there will because of the refusal of workers' compensation.

The one who refuses the State workers compensation system claim on behalf of his employee is breaking the law, Any injured person also want to consider hiring an attorney filing a separate lawsuit against the employer for failing to properly, So, They do not get any workers compensation.
