ANSWER:

The Answer is option E) line 10 .

The error message is "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.String at Test.main(Test.java:10).

That is we can't directly cast an integer to string.

Instead we use toString() method to get the casting from integer to string.

The corrected code is :

public static void main(String[] args)
{
ArrayList<Object> list = new ArrayList<Object>();
list.add("First Element");
list.add(new Integer(12));
String str = (String) list.get(0);
