Let's check all the timeslots we have starting from 10:00.

We have a time slot from 10:00 to 10:30 so let's see from 10:30 onwards.

We have a time slot from 10:15 to 11:15 so let's see from 11:15 onwards.

We have a time slot from 12:00 to 13:30 so let's see from 13:30 onwards.

After 13:30 we don't have a beaver until 13:45.

After that we have atleast one beaver available for every time slot.

So, the answer is 13:30 - 13:45.
