Explanation: It is true that the nonhumans like ape have larynx and speech organs. They can communicate by sounds, not by language. Their brain hemisphere is as usual as expected in ape. But they do not need stimuli and they do not have brain to realize human stimuli. It is also true that their cerebral cortex is not like the human beings.
