In a standard 52 card deck there are 13 clubs and 4 ten cards.

Thus probability of drawing a club = P(A) = 13/52

Probability of drawing a ten card = P(B) = 4/52

Probability of drawing a club or ten = P(A) + P(B) - P( drawing a ten club)

= 13/52 + 4/52 - 1/52

. =16/52

. =4/13 . (D)
