in construction site of skyscraper, electric motor rated 50 horsepower at 1160rpm is used to elevate the slurry bucket to 15th floor of the under construction building. this elevator operates 12 hour daily at approximately 675 rpm. select a v belt drive for the given conditions so that it can operate smoothly throughout the construction of building.
