Expected Return = 0.13 or 13.00%

Variance = 0.20 * (0.16 - 0.13)^2 + 0.30 * (0.14 - 0.13)^2 + 0.40 * (0.12 - 0.13)^2 + 0.10 * (0.08 - 0.13)^2
Variance = 0.0005

Standard Deviation = (0.0005)^(1/2)
Standard Deviation = 0.0224 or 2.24%
