(a) option d is the correct scatter plot for the given data. you just need to plot these points on x-y axis. see graph in option d, at x=1, y = 5.1 and 6.5 similarly other points correctly match with the data given
There appears to be linear relationship. (with negative association, means as x is increasing, y is decreasing)
(b) The equation of the line comes out to be, y = -0.790x + 6.695 (obtained through excel)
