X2 = 119, n2 = 175

Sample proportion = {\hat{p}} = X/n

{\hat{p}}1 = X1/n1 = 126/200 = 0.63

{\hat{p}}2 = X2/n2 = 119/175 = 0.68

Pooled proportion :

{\bar{p}} = X1+X2/n1+n2 = 126+119/200+175 = 0.6533

Hypothesis test :

The null and alternative hypothesis is

Ho : p1 = p2

Ha : p1 < p2

Test statistic :
