1) Relative Risk is calculated by dividing the probability of an event occurring for group A, divided by the probability of an event occurring for group B.

A relative risk of 1.5 means you have a 50% higher risk than average. Or more easily you can say that the relative risk of 1.5 means that the risk of the outcome of interest is 50% higher for the exposed group than for the unexposed group.
