B. The bowling ball.

Note- although both ball has same momentum, mass of bowling ball is greater than ping pong ball. So in perfectly inelastic collision, change in momentum of you during collision is greater with bowling ball which imparts higher force during collision with you . That's why you wanna dodge it.
