Write the mirror equation.

1/f=(1/u)+(1/v)      ................ (1)

Focal length (f) = R/2               (R=radius)

                         = 200/2

                         = 100cm    

object distance (u) = -50cm                (-ve by sighn convention)

v = image distance

Use equation (1).

1/f=(1/u)+(1/v)

1/100=-1/50+1/v

1/v =1/50+(1/100)

     = 0.03

v = 33.33 cm

magnification m =-v/u

                          =-33.33/(-50)

                          =0.67

The convex mirror always form virtual image
