You will need to listen to a voice mail from your supervisor with instructions on how to create the email to announce the new vacation policy. Company policy change

Vacation policy change employer with fewer years of service will have one week of pay vacation

Employer with 3- to 5 years will have two full weeks of pay vacation

Employer with five years of service will have three weeks of pay vacation

employer should submit a request a lease one month prior to vacation

They also require to submit a vacation request to the direct supervisor

No more than two employers from any department can be on vacation at the same time

Hope you are doing well amidst this pandemic. We are going through a difficult time, but we will get through it together.

This email is to announce the new vacation policy for the company. The policy has been changed keeping in mind the best interests of our employees as well as of the company as an organization. Following are the changes that have been made. You are requested to read these throughly.

  • In order to go on a vacation, the employee is required to submit a request directly to their supervisors.
  • Employees must submit a request, a lease at least one month prior to the vacation.
  • From the same department, more than two employees are not allowed to be on the vacation leave at the same time.
  • Employees with five years of service will be allowed 3 weeks of pay vacation.
  • Employees with three to five years of service will be allowed 2 weeks of pay vacation.
  • Employees with fewer years of service will be allowed 1 week of pay vacation.

These changes will soon be implemented.
