Book Value of Shareholder's Equity = $4800,000

Book Value per share = Book Value of Shareholder's Equity/No of shares outstanding

= $4800,000/500,000

= $9.6 per share

Market to- Book ratio = 4.5 times

Implied Market price per share = Book Value per share*Market to- Book ratio

= $9.6 per share*4.5

= $43.2 per share

So, Implied Market price per share is $43
