>> X is normally distributed with mean 20 and standard deviation 1.

A normal distribution is symmetric about the mean. So, half of the data will be less than the mean 20 and half of the data will be greater than the mean 20. Therefore, the probability that the X is greater than 20 is 0.5 or P(X > 20) = 0.5
