The independent variables are

1. Management style which has three levels and

2. Age group having two levels younger employees and older employees

The type of experiment is Randomised Block Design

The experiment would be 2 X 3 ANOVA

Authoritative Collaborative Low Impact
Younger    60
Older 60

The n value for each cell will be 20

If Interactions are not considered then we will have to calculate two F values one for each independent variables

And if Interactions are condered then we will have to calculate three F values one for each of the independent variables and one for their interaction.
