Applying Kirchoff's voltage law in ABEF,

4-3I_1-6+4I_2=0

-3I_1-2+4I_2=0

Applying Kirchoff's voltage law in BCDE,

-4I_2+6-12+2I_3=0

Applying Kirchoff's voltage law in ACDF,

-2I_3+12+3I_1-4=0

4-3I_1-12+2I_3=0

From the above three equation we can find the relation between I_1,I_2 and I_3 .

  -4I_2+6-12+2I_3=-3I_1-2+4I_2

  3I_1+2I_3=4+8I_2

Hence from al the above equation we can say that option c is correct
