The three-phase of research that clients should conduct to evaluate their marketing communications -

1) Clients trying to know their audience from behavioral data - Basically in this phase clients identifying and understanding their customer's trends, preferences, customs with the help of data that helps clients to plan better the marketing communication and generate the traffic.

2) Develop a situational analysis- Developing and internal and external analysis of environmental and identifying the factors that influencing the brand and strategically planning to control these factors.

3) Client's determining their marketing objectives - In this phase clients major focus on identifying and fixing the objectives of marketing communications and planning as per the plans.
