The regression line obtained by using Time as dependent variable and Week as independent variable is:

Time = -1.81*Week + 42.07

The slope of the regression line is -1.81 which is negative. Hence, it shows that as weeks increase, the Time to assemble the camcorder decreases. The slope also represents the change in time for 1 unit change in week. As week increases by 1 unit, the Time would decrease by 1.81.
