A collision is the event in which two or more bodies exert forces on each other in about a relatively short time.

Thus, by this definition, it is clear that the interaction time is very short, hence tint<<tsys.

Also, the major forces are the forces that the body exert on each other and hence, Fext<<Fint.

The conservation of momentum holds in both elastic and inelastic collisions. Hence

\Delta p=0

While the change in Kinetic energy is zero for elastic collisions, it is not so for inelastic collision. Thus \Delta KE\neq 0 for collisions in general.

So, option (1) (2) and (3) are correct.
