In Lane's reasoning point of view , it is clear that society was controlled by particular section of people . Though there provision of Justice , self - help and equality but still there is crises in socio - political condition . Because women was slaved in ancient world . They were not liberated from economics , social , political freedom . They didn't have any right to participate in political and democratic funtion . They didn't get equal oppertunity in society. Womems were still deprived . It greatly accepted ethical rules and natural rules as part of justice. So Lane's reasoning was though ancient Greek was success in context of justice with socio- political ideas but still there is challenges for slaved women . Justice didn't work for themselves . Because some people who ruled society needs like women and their self- less devotion . To build great empires , people dominated to humble background people .
