SOME WORKERS IN GHANA WELCOMED THESE MEASURES AND DIRECTIVES. AS A STUDENT OF ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR, TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU THINK DIVERSITY AND ERRORS IN PERCEPTION HAVE PLAYED A ROLE IN SPLITTING GHANAIANS (ADOVOCATES FOR AND CRITICS) AMONG THE GOVERNMENT INTERVENTIONS?

Diversity of people often leads to a difference in perceptions and opinions. Different people have different cultural backgrounds because of which there arises a difference in many perspectives. For instance: The reservation in many countries for the backward classes or the country's citizens might also invite criticism and support. Some leaders might think that reservation leads to the upliftment if the categories. Moreover, the critics stare that the reservation leads to depleting opportunities for the genera or non-reserved categories.

Similarly, in case of provisions related to coronavirus pandemic in Ghana attracted both support and criticism. The pandemic provisions implemented the restrictions on travel, flights, social gathering, and safety protocols. Some religions state that the gathering at their religious places is part of the essential religious practices. However, they cannot gather at the social and religious places because of the pandemic and restrictions. Moreover, people of the background of specific culture criticized the travel restrictions. It is because some of them went out of the country for their personal or religious purposes. The cultural and religious differences lead to the difference in opinions and perceptions. The mentality leads to a difference in the support or criticism. Different religions have different mindset. In many countries like Ghana, Uniform Civil Code is not possible because of the different opinions and backgrounds. Moreover, it also provides a broad spectrum of ideas and perspectives. Hence, diversity leads to differences in opinions and mindset.
