EMV for weather Proofing

0.3*100000+0.3*50000+0.2*45000+0.2*110000 = 76000

EMV for disease Proofing

0.3*65000+0.3*90000+0.2*60000+0.2*100000=78500

EMV for Full Proofing

0.3*90000+0.3*80000+0.2*70000+0.2*90000= 83000

EMV for No Precautions

0.3*75000+0.3*60000+0.2*20000+0.2*120000= 68500

Hence Option D is correct. Also, the one with highest EMV is the suggested decision.
