Answer: titration of weak acid with strong base

When the added volume of titrant is 0, the ph of the solution is around 3. So the titration is done of an acid. Because acids give a solution of pH less than 7. Now as the titrant is added the pH starts increasing and there is a huge rise in pH at equivalent point. So the titrant is a strong base. Now we have to determine is the acid strong or weak. Titration of a strong acid and strong base always has the equivalence point at pH=7. But here at equivalence point(around mid point of steep rise) pH is around 8. That means acid is a weak acid.
