Total students = 7 + 14 + 6 + 6 = 33


P(Runny nose or Sore throat)

= P(Runny nose) + P(sore throat) - P(Runny nose and Sore throat)

= 21/33 + 13/33 - 7/33

= 27/33 

= 9/11 (ANSWER).
