In this example, Johanna is solving the puzzles designed for 8 year old without any previous learning.

Shantell has lived in France for the past 20 years. When she comes home to visit her family in Wisconsin, she is able to name many small towns in the south of France. It refers to crystallized intelligence which refers to one’s ability to use the already learnt or acquired knowledge to solve the issues in the present. In this example, Shantell was able to use her knowledge that she learnt about the places while in France after returning from there.
