• Lean softwares/tools/applications help in effective utilization of resources.

Let us consider the example of organization which produces the automotive components using the CNC (Computer numeric controlled) machines. By using the JIT (Just in technique) as a lean tool, allows the continuous supply of raw materials and inputs to the machines thus made the inputs to be ready as soon as previous task is completed. Eventually this technique will help to reduce the cycle time of the process.
