Some of your fellow workers are in the 18 to 27 age brackets, and another large number are in the 45 to 50 age brackets. Some of the common benefits that workers in both age groups might want:

  • Good physical working conditions such as proper temperature, light etc in work settings.
  • Rest and other standard breaks in between the working hours.

Benefits that may be demanded by young workers in the 18 to 27 age bracket are:

  • Higher take home pay and lesser deductions.
  • Medical benefits for old parents.
  • Flexibility of choosing working hours.
  • Trainings by organization to enhance skill levels.
  • Job rotation and job enlargement with time.

Benefits that may be demanded by workers in the 45 to 50 age bracket are:

  • Retirement benefits such as pension, Provident fund, Leave encashment etc.
  • Better and enhanced medical facilities for self and spouse even after retirement.
