Acceptance of innovation and technology does not do any harm so it must not offer the monopoly as well as more harm than the benefits. The biggest issue today is Facebook's dominance in all social media networks, and there must be a favorable atmosphere to establish other social media outlets such that customers' interests are covered and companies will still have the option to choose the channel for their marketing efforts. Society and regulators, as well as corporates, should combine their efforts to outline the way and means to update the social media platform and make it a sustainable platform for more people's benefit.
