Answer #1

The per se violations that violate antitrust law, which is the most well-known, are price-fixing or offered to fix. The two practices are naturally against the opportunity of interstate commerce. Price fixing happens when at least two organizations plot to set a standard price; for the most part revoltingly low, then climbing to a more significant expense. At first opponent organizations inside a similar market can scheme or even go into composed agreements to both misleadingly set the price of their products low, low now and again.
