1) Management skills are qualities that managers should possess in order to fulfill their job.The 3 different types of skills which are basic for managers are-Technical skills are skills that managers need to operate machines and software,production tools as well as to increase sales and marketing the products , design different types of products for the customers etc.Again managers need conceptual skills which are needed for abstract thinking and for formulating ideas. This skill helps managers to identify problems and solve them. Human or interpersonal skills is the third type of skill needed by managers.This skill helps managers to interact , work and relatewith people effectively.

2)The problems are lack of time as hasty decisions taken may lead to many problems.  Lack of reliable data makes decision making difficult.Any decision involves risk which may lead to negative outcome.In order to make effective decision it is necessary to take risk factors into account. Inadequate support from team will not allow managers to take decision. A manager may not be able to take good decisions for lack of resources like less staff, less resources etc.Rigid mentality of top level  management is a biggest hurdle for managers.

3)Technology can schedule as well as manage projects. Artificial intelligence can be used to hire human resources. Machines help to make data driven decisions.Machines help in completing traditional management task,making identification of potential building teams ,measuring performance ,giving proper feedback of performance etc.This is to save the time for managers.

4)Shortcomings of AI are that it cannot replace humans even though machines perform efficiently than humans.Managerial skills improve with experience but machines do not improve with experience.Machines lack creativity but managers have creativity.Setting of AI machines is costly.

5)No managers cannot be replaced by technology.
