b) a)P(x < 16)=P(X\leq15)=\sum_{x=0}^{15}_{x}^{20}\textrm{C}(0.15)^x(1-0.15)^{20-x}\approx 1 ( using excel formula =BINOM.DIST(15,20,0.15,TRUE))

c) P(X \geq 14)=1-P(X \leq 13)

P(X\leq13)=\sum_{x=0}^{13}_{x}^{30}\textrm{C}(0.35)^x(1-0.35)^{30-x}\approx 0.8737 ( using excel formula =BINOM.DIST(13,30,0.35,TRUE))

P(X \geq 14)=1-0.8737=0.1263
